Weekly

Healing circle (dhikr)          

Sundays 6.30pm—8.30pmpm, led by Kamila Shenmen

An evening of traditional Sufi practices, including readings from the Sufi guide, chanting (al-Wird) and a healing circle (chanting, breath-work and movement).

Healing Addictions from the Heart

Sundays 1pm-3pm, led by Latif Shenmen

A Sufi perspective on addictions - what are the causes of addiction, how to heal at the bodily and spiritual level. Led by Latif Shenmen, Sufi teacher and addictions specialist with 30 years experience

Twice Monthly

Sufi Secrets

First and third Thursdays (or as posted), 7pm-9pm, led by Kamila Shenmen

Mystical truths passed down through the ages by Sufi Saints and Prophets.

Selected teachings from the works of Sidi Muhammad al-Jamal, Ibn Arabi, al-Iskandari, al-Jilani, and others.

The Divine Qualities of the Heart

Second & Fourth Friday of the month 7pm—9pm, led by Jamila Haber

An experiential tasting of the Qualities of God. Each evening will focus on learning and embodying one of the 99 Names of God as it relates to the practice of Sufism.

Monthly

Free community healing day

First Sunday of the month 3.30-5.30pm, led by Kamila Shenmen

Graduates & students of the University of Spiritual Healing & Sufism offer free Sufi healing sessions to attendees. This event is followed by a pot-luck supper, prior to the Sunday evening healing circle (dhikr)

Qiqong and the Divine Qualities

Second Sunday of the month 3.30pm-5pm, led by Oliver Abdul Rahman Wilson

This class integrates Qigong (energy cultivation) with the Divine Names of God. The Qigong will include breathing, self-massage and gentle, mindful movements that awaken the bodies energy pathways, ground and circulate Qi.  We'll also explore chanting Divine Qualities of the Heart as they relate to healing and health.

Building Unity

Third Sunday of the month 3pm-5pm, led by Latif  Shenmen

A study/work group based on the book “Unity Building” by Hamid Werder. This course offers a practical guide to spiritual wholeness and a life of well-being in community.

Writing from the Deep Heart

Last Sunday of the month. 3.30-5.30pm, led by Mary Hasna Ber

In this workshop meditation practices will help us use the ears of our hearts to plumb the depths of meanings in what we read and hear and to find the right words to articulate those meanings.
